Vinny Gourguelles – 3/17/2017 The political decision will be to keep the sanctions. But the most important thing is how it will come together in the Council and at the summit with countries concerned: all of them want one thing, they want to be able to sell their goods without the fear of economic blockades. Therefore, this is not an easy task that will take a while (months), which is why I am hoping that there is no confrontation between Russia and the Europeans at all and that we only see the necessary steps, the necessary negotiations and some kind of accord before the end of the year. The US is already the #1 economy in the Middle East, and we also know that they have the largest natural gas deposits in the world. The US has developed the capacity to supply Russia with oil, natural gas and lignite over the last 10 years, they’re currently exporting at the peak of their capacities.
